ibis model

I'm simulating an LVDS line in Hyperlynx boardsim .I'm using TPD2E009(differential ESD) at the LVDS line for esd protection. The waveform doesn't look good during simulation ,TI doesn't provide an ibis model for this diode.Could you provide me with the ibis model ?
