How are the timings of Horizontal Sync or Vertical Sync when outputed on I/O port? (I guess it is using Table 6 p27/33.)

Does Hsync =1 between EAV and SAV?

The same for Vsync?

    The H and V bits are output following the successful decoding of the TRS character string.

    The H-bit is 1 to indicate the EAV sequence, and 0 to indicate the SAV sequence.  This bit is 1 between EAV and SAV (during horizontal blanking), and 0 during active video.

    The V-bit is 1 in the vertical blanking interval, and 0 during active video lines.
