I have a SPI bus on which are connected a bunch of SPI compatible components.
Each of these components are selected via a dedicated CS/.
I would like to add a SN65HVS885 Digital Input Serializer on this bus but feel so far a bit reluctant to do so, the reason being that the Serial Output (SOP) does not seem to be 3-state and could (I suppose) compromise MISO data coming out of the others chips connected to the SPI bus, whenever one of these is being asked to communicate.
Thanks for letting me know if this could really be an issue. If so, what solution could I implement?
