Hi Peter,
Please provide more information on which devices are dropping to USB 2.0 mode? Can you confirm if the power supply for the hub is 3A @ 5V? If a 1A @ 5V power supply is used, the downstream ports may drop off and reconnect at the slower USB 2.0 speeds.

Julie
Hi Julie,
Customer used device is Asix USB3.0 Giga LAN, and Transcend USB3.0 HDD!
About the power supply, I will check again!
Besides the power issue, are there any other points for checking?
Thanks.
Hi Peter,
We have done a lot of testing with Transcend USB 3.0 HDD and there is no issue. Can you confirm that the USB 3.0 Host controller has loaded the USB 3.0 hub drivers correctly? If you send a screen capture of device manager with the USB portion expanded, I can check it for you. I have orderd the Asix device for testing.
Regards,
Julie

Thanks for your information.

Did you has been test with same condition?
Thanks.

Thanks.

Hi Peter,
We are now tracking this issue directly, not through the E2E forum. The dongle has been delivered and we are setting up a system test for further debug.
Contact me through USB3_Support@ti.com if you have not been included on the direct email thread.
