I2C master with 2 speed (normal 100 and fastmode 400) busses handling 3.3 and 5.0 volt

I am looking for a I2C master setup which can handle 100 and 400 Kbps speed but also 3.3 and 5 volts

Due to different applications and sensors.

Which chips do I need to use, is this a 4 bus ? Each bus different speed and voltage ?

If they can be used simultaneously it would be nice, but if I can change the speed by jumpers it would be nice also and select one speed but both voltages it would be no problem.
