Hi Sir,

We have a problem on SN65HVD485EDG4. Our porduct can't work by SN65HVD485EDG4. But it can work by SN65HVD485ED. May I know the difference between them ? Or how to correct it ????

    Hello,

    There shouldn't be any difference between the G4 and non-G4 versions. Years ago, the G4 version was the 'green' version and probably had some characteristic like RoHS or no Sb/Br, which the non-G4 version didn't have at the time. At some point, those features were rolled out to all of the variants, so now they are exactly the same.

    Can you explain what you mean by your product not working with the G4 part? Can you show some screenshots to show what is happening with the D, R, A and B pins?
