Hi,
For the TPD1E10B09, approximately how much leakage current will occur if 6.6V is applied across the device. Is this documented anywhere?
Regards,
Rachel

Hi was anyone able to look at this?
Thanks,
Rachel
Rachel,
Sorry for the delay in responding. The Figure 5 in the datasheet shows this information.
I looked up the raw data to give greater granularity. Here's the actual measurement: ~8pA. (this is typically the noise floor of the measuring instrument)
Further, the Datasheet spec shows that our leakage is < 100 nA at 5V.Please let me know if you need any further data.

Bill,
Some of the measurements is made using our Automated Testers. These are advanced testers that have ranges in terms of 100 / 200 nA. The error levels are pretty low on these instruments. Further, I cannot guarantee 12 pA current across process voltage and temperatures. Its just one measurement point for the device to give you an idea of the device performance. The diodes developed using this technology have extremely low leakage.
