DS90UB925/926 repeater

Dear Sir,

Since DS90UB925 support up to 10M STP . If need 50M length only use repeater mode (SER+DES) like below, right?

Source side with 925->  926 + 925 module #1 -> 926 + 925 module #2 -> 926 + 925 module #3 -> 926 + 925 module #4 -> 926 Destination side

Question is should I separate 925 & 926 ID address of each module ?

    The DS90UB925/926 repeater mode is limited to up to 3 repeater hops. Additional hops is unsupported at this time.

    In Repeater Mode, it is not strictly necessary for each SER or each DES to have a unique I2C address. You can utilize the I2C SlaveID and SlaveAlias registers in the 925 and 926 chips to control communication with each chip. However, if your design permits it, it may be more convenient from a software standpoint to use a unique ID for each
