DP83848CVV connections when using Power over Ethernet.

I am using the DP83848IVV Ethernet PHY chip. The datasheet shows, on page 33, shows the TPI network circuit. I am using Power over Ethernet and my question is: Does this TPI network circuit have to be modified when using Power over Ethernet?
