TUSB1310A Fallout With 2AAxxxx Date Codes

o  In-house USB 3.0 application seeing high fallout with TUSB1310A date codes 2AALPTW, 2AANXKW, 2AANXLW, 2AANPVW, 2AANSYW.
o  Previous date codes with no issues: 19A6SYW, 14A8JDW (>10000 used).
o  Fallout with 2AAxxx date codes is > 95% (over 100 units tested). Failures are on SS side, enumeration or communications drop.
o  Any info on what the 2AA date codes signify? Is there a process or manufacturing change?
