Hi,

Do you have the following data of AM26C31I?

1. High-level output voltage(VOH) vs Driver Output Current(Io) characteristics at TA=-10℃,+25℃ and +85℃

2. Low-level output voltage(VOL) vs Driver Output Current(Io) characteristics at TA=-10℃,+25℃ and +85℃

If you have those data at other TA condition, that should be OK.

there is a question about the conditions of this data.

1)What is the power supply voltage of this IC ?

2)Is the value of Voh and Vol a typ value?

Keisuke-san,

1) Power supply was 5.00V; VOH will vary in direct proportion to VCC, VOL will not vary.

2) The VOH and VOL in the chart is sample data. It may represent typical or it may be somewhat higher or lower than typical.
