HI there, I'm wondering if there are any plans for DDR4 muxes. MY customer is currently using your DDR3 mux and wants to start planning for DDR4.
Please advise.
thanks

Hi Amy,
I looked at the signal switch roadmap and didn't see any 12 ch. 1:2 mux devices like the TS3DDR3812 for DDR4. BTW the DDR3 switch/mux bandwidth is 1.65 GHz and my understanding is that DDR4 will require 3.2 GHz bandwidth.
Hi Amy,
i came across to this thread only now. There is a team in TI which is very active on the DDR4 RCD development. We already have sample for a versione based on JEDEC spec v0.91 and soon we will have new version of the register.
Which customer is asking for this? Please feel free to contact me at l-zaza@ti.com
