I don't see a model in the sim model lists here http://www.ti.com/ww/en/analog/webench/index.shtml or on the device product page. If you would like to request a model:

Contact the local TI Sales Rep or FAE for the particular customer that needs the model. The TSR or FAE will have to fill out an internal request form that includes technical info as well as business case info.
