TLK1101E Spice model?

Is there a Spice model available for the TLK1101E?  If not is there any other signal integrity model available (IBIS, S-parameter, other...),  however we do prefer Spice if it's available.

FYI, Atul Patel provided us with a spice model of the TLK6201ea and we achieved good results with it, so if we could get a similar model for the TLK1101E that would be great.
