Hello,

I am designing an industrial product with two TLK105 which need to be synchronized together with another chip. What is the max input load capacitance of the Xi pin ?

The MDIO pin needs a pull-up resistor. On page 5 of the datasheet, 1.5kohm is adviced and on page 22, a 2.2k is specified. Which value is wrong ?

    Hi JDM,

    The TLK105's max input load capacitance of the XI pin is 2pF.
    With the right selection of oscillator and good board layout, you could drive both of the TLK parts with the same oscillator.
    If you what to be on the safe side, use a clock buffer such as CDCV304PWR.

    Regarding the MDIO pull up resistor, it should be 2.2KOhm.
    This mistake was fixed in our datasheet update, which will be uploaded to the web shortly.
