Hello

I need to drive a +12V cc relay from a µC PIC output ( 0 - 3.3V )

I usually use a ULN2803 darlington array when i need to pilot several relays, but for my actual project  i need to drive only ONE relay.

What part should i consider to do so, is there a single darlington transistor that would have same specs as those in a ULN2803 ?
