I have to add a TMDS Buffer IC in PVR which is BCM7356 solution

and integrated HDMI Tx in BCM7356.

How about SN75DP139 ?

Hello,

The TMDS216B is a HDMI switch with adaptive equalization on its inputs to compensate for signal loss.
