require to convert +-12v signal into a 0~ 5 v range by 8 channels

hi

can some point me into the right area 
i have a  +-12v signal  and like to convert into a 0~ 5 v range. so I can use a cpu analog input to work out the value 
would be nice if  the chip could handle 8 of these channels
