Hello,
Usually USB 2.0 signals don't require a re-driver, and when it is required something like this a Hub is usually used. Nevertheless, since this switch is an analog switch it should work with any signal that meets the electrical requirements.
Can you elaborate more on what do you mean by compatibility issues, and how is your set up.
Regards.
Hi:
Two kind conditions happen compatibility issue:
1. After power on, the USB2.0 device bus single should --> DP=3.3V, DN=0V and wait USB host assert High Speed reset.
==> If USB2.0 device through the HD3SS3412 and after power on, the HD3SS3412 input port /output port become --> DP=3.3V, DN=1.8V. (This bus condition can
not be detect correctly by USB host )
2. When USB2.0 device in suspend mode the bus single should --> DP=3.3V, DN=0V.
==> If USB2.0 device through the HD3SS3412 and in suspend mode, the HD3SS3412 input port/output port become --> DP=3.3V, DN=1.8V. (This bus condition can
not be detect correctly by USB host )
Hello,
The HD3SS3412 was not designed to switch USB 2.0 signals, can you send your schematics?
Regards.
