I think as follows.

Is my understanding right?

TUSB1210 does not use internal LDO and uses the supply voltage from VBAT.

Efficiency is improved if I use DC-DC for VBAT supply.

However, does TUSB1210 malfunction when The output ripple of DC-DC is big?

An electrical characteristic of Table5-2 is guaranteed by using LDO in TUSB1210.

However, the efficiency worsens than I use the external DC-DC.

    When my customer uses external DC-DC , how much is the necessary output precision?

    If output precision is less than +/-5%, is it acceptable?

    so, I think that the value of VUSB3V3_VSEL  is good as Default(“011”).

    We don't have any test supporting your questions. The customer can choose to use the internal LDO depending of the specific application.
