Interface between LMH0394 and LMH0346

The LMH0394 outputs can be directly connected to the LMH0346 inputs.   The LMH0346 input structure will accept any input with differential swing greater than 200mV p-p, and with a common mode voltage more than about 1V.   The LMH0394 output swing and common mode is programmable, but the minimum swing is 400mVp-p.  The output common mode voltage is also programmable, with the lowest level of 800mV being marginal for the LMH0346, but any other setting, including the default of 1.2V would work fine.
