Hello,

I'm searching a chip which like LMH0346, it can support 3G,HD or SD(SD is optional) incoming video,and has one input SDI channel with two output SDI channels.It must equalize the incoming SDI channel on the chip first then copy it to two SDI output channels.

LMH0346 does hit all the requirement we want except equalization,it must equalize SDI signal with a chip like LMH0344 first then LMH0346 can copy the one SDI channel to two SDI channels.

By the way,I want to find a VGA receiver chip which can support VGA interface,and translate VGA format to RGB(24bits or 30bits) parallel signals  to my FPGA. The highest resolution of incoming video maybe 1600*1200@60(fpixel=162MHz) and 1080p60(fpixel=148.5MHz). one chip VS one channel is what I want.

Would you please give me some suggestions?

    The entire function that you are looking for is implemented on the SD3GDAIII evaluation kit, this board has the LMH0395 equalizer, followed by the LMH0376 reclocker, and then an LMH0307 to provide a total of 4 SDI outputs.

    A lower cost (and lower performance)  version of this circuit can be found in the SD3GDA eval board, which uses the LMH0344, LMH0346 and LMH0302 cable driver.

    I am not the right person to respond to the question for the VGA - this will require an A/D converter, and I suggest that you try a secon posting on the E2E forum in the A/D forum to get a reply to the second question.
