Dear Sir/Madam,
What is the process technology used to fabricate the TCA9539PWR, is it purely based on bipolar technology, CMOS, BiCMOS? We will like to know the underlying IC technology.
Thanks

Hi Maciej,

Nick,
I believe this kind of information can only be obtained under special agreements when you are buying a lot of ICs. Sharing this kind of information publicly could damage TI business. Would you share your proprietary technology details to wide public? I would not.
