There is an “I2C Device ID” register (0x00) in DS92LX1621
and DS92LX1622 respectively.

Does this register reflect the I2C Device Address programmed
with CAD pin or is it independent from CAD pin?

    Hi Mita-san,

    No, reg0x00 is not auto loaded with the device ID from the CAD pin. If reg0x00 b[0]=0, physical device address is set by CAD pin and register has no usage. Register 0x00 b[7:1] only applies if b[0]=1.
