Hello~
Would you please let me know the RΘjc (Thermal Resistance Junction to Case) of "TPD4S214"??
I'm unable to find these values on "TPD4S214" datasheet.
Thanks... C.W. :)

Hello Guy~
Thanks for your answer.
But, I have one question.
According to datasheet, RΘjc is 89.1 °C/W.
Is it correct 0.5 °C/W as RΘjc??
Would you please clarify this??
Sorry to somewhat absurd question. (Because I'm newbie for this kind of knowledge.)
Thanks... C.W. :)

Since TPD4S214 is in WCSP package there is no true junction to case. This is because there is no package, or "case." Hence, we did not include RΘjc in the data sheet as this value does not have meaning. It also explains why it is so low, (0.5 °C/W). RΘja is in the datasheet as 89.1 °C/W. Based upon the title of this thread, and another you had sequentially posted, [TPD13S523] Tj(Max. Junction Temperature) , I assumed you knew there was a difference.
