The register table on the DS32EL0421 datasheet does not specify the Readable or
Writeable on Address 0x02 (Reset) bit 0 (Software Reset).
Is this bit readable and Writeable?
Is this bit self-clear bit?

Likewise, is the Address 0x01 bit in DS32EL0124 also self clear bit?

This bit is self clearing on both the DS32EL0421 and '0124. It will remain at '1' during the reset operation, and it returns to the '0' value once the reset procedure is complete.
