LM75 I2C power sequence

Hi,

I our case, the power rail(VCC_3V3_A) of LM75 and the pull up resistors power rail(VCC_3V3_B) are different. See the circuit below.

the pull up resistors we are using is 1KOhm.

My question is if the VCC_3V3_A power up later than VCC_3V3_B, is there any risk? Like latch up or back driving?
