DisplayPort interface to FPGA

Whilst speaking to an FPGA apps engineer he suggested that to meet the jitter requirements of DP that an additional device is being recommended. The part number he gave was SNDP140. Where can I find specs on this?

I am not aware of any DP140, the part number must be wrong.

The DP140 is a concept device at this time. No external information is available at this time. We recommend the DP130 for DP redriver needs.

Is DP130 needed for connecting DisplayPort to 7 series Xilinx FPGA of we can use DP IP core?
