using GPIO pins on TUSB3410?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB3410

Hello,

I have question regarding "TUSB3410" USB-to-UART bridge chip, How can I program and use the 4 GPIO pins on the the chip?, is it possible to configure them via host side (from the PC)?, is there an example code for such task?, cause the only link I found isn't working: http://focus.ti.com/docs/toolsw/folders/print/tusb3410gpio-srccode.html I'm intending to use it as standalone application to drive actuators directly from a PC without a microcontroller involved.

Thanks,
