Difference between ONET4291T and ONET4291TA

Would like to check if there are any different between ONET4291T and ONET4291TA?

I run a eyeball check on the datasheet, they look identical.

Ivan,

They are the same. The only difference is in how the die are shipped.

The ONET4291TA is sold as diced wafers with orderable part number ONET4291TAY.

The ONET4291T is sold as 340 die in a waffle pack with orderable part number ONET4291TY.
