Would you please specify the max. leakage current for VCC=0V and VI=-0.5V...+5.5V of the TCA9539 (-> power supply voltage switched off) ?

I apologize for the delayed response. This spec was not characterized, therefore I cannot supply a max leakage current for off leakage current. But what I can do is supply typical values at room temp.

I will measure these values and get back to you with the results.

The measured results are below.

There is some noise due to the very small currents that are being measured but there is an obvious trendline that leads to ~465pA at 5.5V

Chris,

thank you very much.

So we will be able to connect the TCA9539 to an active bus directly, even

if the device not powered occasionally.
