Hi,

I work on JTAG test and i would like the .bsdl file of the "DP83620".

I don't find it Ti give just the LVS file, this is the attached file of bsdl.

Hello,

The file in the link (I guess it's Logic Vision Software Boundary Scan Cell) doesn't work for me, it is .txt instead of .bsdl, and anyway if I load the file the JTAG tool reports "BSDL Parse Error: D:\LVS_BSCAN_CELLS_DP83620.txt(14): Unexpected end of file found".

Please, can anybody send me a working link / file?

We will update the link to the BSDL model in the product folder. In the meantime, I have attached the model:

The corresponding Logic Vision Boundary Scan Cell file is on the Tools & software tab of the DP83620 product folder.

Can I read and write DP83620 's registers (PHYIDR1, PHYIDR2, PHYSTS, ...) through JTAG interface?

No, the DP83620 registers cannot be accessed through the JTAG interface. The DP83620 registers must be accessed through the MDC/MDIO interface.
