DS90UB925QEVB Driver not found after installing Analog LaunchPAD

Hi,

I have just received the evaulation kits and followed the DS90UB925QEVB User guide, and after installing Analog LaunchPAD the USB driver cannot be found once connected. The device alias on USB is "AT90USB128 DFU", and after directing the driver installer in Windows to the correct driver folder "C:\Program Files\National Semiconductor Corp\Analog LaunchPAD v1.29.0010\Drivers" the driver cannot be found.

I have viewed this folder and I cannot find anything which matches this name. The DS90UB926QEVB DES installed without any problems.

It appears as though the driver is missing after installing the program, please can someone advise ?

    From your description, it sounds like the base firmware was not installed correctly. Please email me directly at ryan (dot) bailey (at) ti (dot) com and I will provide the firmware and instructions for re-flashing the device.

    I have got a DS90UB925SEVB and a DS90UB926QSEVB evaulation boards from TI.

    It seems to me The DS90UB926QSEVB is working well, but I have some problem with the DS90UB925SEVB board. If I connect it to the USB (in Win XP)  AT90USB128 DFU can be found in the device manager.  As I see in this forum there is somebody who had a similar problem, and you could help you.

    I have try to send a direct email to you but was not any succes.

    I appreciate if you can help me to update the firmware of this board.
