Tablet screen connected to a laptop board

Hi Everyone,

i have the following:

Screen with digitizer from acer iconia a100 (EJ070NA-01F) innolux

I have 2 laptops (whats left of them anyway :))) one toshiba a200 (IALAA LA-3631P) and HP nx6325

Both of the boards are using LVDS if im not mistaking to pass picture to the LCD screens.

My question is  if i can use those boards and connect my 7" screen using lvds connector?

If yes could you please give me some advise ?

Im also looking for some kind of adapter from LVDS 40 pin (that is the cable soldered onto the screen) to something that i can stick into laptop :)
