TUSB1310A PHYSTATUS SIgnal is not working properly

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TUSB1310A

Hi,

We desinged one board having USB Host and Device Peripheral in it, using TUSB1310A PHY Transceiver. In Host mode, we are not seeing PHYSTATUS signal properly driven by PHY (from PHY1 used for Host). On power-on, we could see the PCLK from PHY getting driven. When reset to the PHY is asserted, PHYSTATUS should be low. Once the reset to the PHY is de-asserted, PHYSTATUS should go high and it should change from high to low once PCLK is stable. But we are seeing PHYSTATUS to be always low. So we suspect that reset to the PHY is not happening properly, i.e, the PHY could be under reset always. Please help us in this regards.

Thanks
