I am doing a PCB layout of a circuit with the PCI1520. I was wondering what is the maximum trace lengths for the PCMCIA bus signals to the connector? I am thinking it would be similar to the PCI interface, but not sure. Thanks.

Hello,
I 've been looking on the spec for a maximum trace length and didn't find anything, it is of course the signal integrity parameter which are specified.
Your approach to treat the PCMCIA signals like the PCI signals is correct.
Regards.
The main issue with following the PCI spec is that the traces would have to be <2.5 inches for the clock(s) and <1.5 for all the rest. I am using the PDV package for the PCI1520 and there is no way to be under the 1.5 inch max because of the size of the chip.
