DS90UB913/914 EVB Rmode value set up question?

Dear Sir

Good days,

Here seems have some set up I can’t match with datasheet.

From DS90UB913/914 EVB reference schematic, for S2, I am not sure R38~R41 resistor value function.2235.DS90UB913 schematic board rev 2.pdf

From DS page43 ,Rmode just show "100K" and "4.7K" resistor value function.

And  DS90UB913/914 EVB , for DS90UB914 Rmode set up may you also advice us?
