DDR3 Probing help

Hi,

I am using DDR3 in my design. I am doing signal integrity analysis on the DDR3 signals. Can any one tell me where to probe the data, strobe and clock signals for read operation and write operation whether at DDR3 side or Processor side?

Hi A.B.,

Typically in SI testing you would want to test the transmitted waveform and the received waveform for comparison. Just viewing the signal at one TP is not going to yield you any good conclusions about the quality of your link.
