Hello
I want to connect a Smartphone with a battery operated Device. Therefor I want to use a USB-OTG connection with the Device as Host. I need to minimize the current flow from the Device to the Smartphone as specified for USB-OTG Devices to 8mA (5V).
Problem:
- How to reduce/minimize the current on VBus to 8mA after connecting the USB cable.
- Is there a Chip to set between VBus and 5V that manages the current flow
