I'm using TUSB2046BI with am335x cpu module board, to extend the USB ports for connecting GPRS & Smartcard module but the hub chip is not detected.
Found that the clock is seen, measures 6MHz 3volts peak to peak only when the RESET switch SW1 is pressed. However when the REST switch is released the clock dies away. RESET is measured to be 0volts when the SW is pressed and 3volts when the SW1 is released.
Checked through the TI community forum and introduced a 1K5 resistor between the crystal and Pin29 of TUSB2046B. But no improvement.
