Dear Team:

Recently our customer sometime could not turn on their 913_914 system smoothly.

I don't see any power on sequence in datasheet and EVM use guide.

When customer used 913 and 914 together, wcould you give me a power on sequence referent concept?

(913 VDD, VDDIO) and (914 VDD, VDDIO, VDDPLL, VDDSSCG)

VDDIO must ramp before VDDcore (VDDs with 1.8V supply).

Sorry for interrupting, I have been watching this discussion.

My customer use 914 with

VDDIOn: 3.3V

VDDx: 1.8V

Any requirement on ramp rate and delay(timing) between VDDIO and VDDx?

It's like V/us and/or mS from VDDIO ramp-up.

Hello Ken,

VDDIOn should reach final voltage (1.8V or 3.3V) before VDDx (the other supplies, VDDcore) begin their ramp.
