TLK10002 Register setting issue

Hi,

I could read and write all R/W registers except reg.7 and reg.8 via MDIO, why? When i read it the reply is 0x00. I write in with some value but it turns out unchanged with all 0s.

Hi Yaoting,

There are lane selection bits in Register 6, bits 15:12. The setting for these bits determines which low speed lane is controlled by Register 7 and Register 8. If these are not set to a valid setting, writes and reads from Register 7 and 8 will be invalid.
