Hi,

I have some question about LMH0341. Could you please help us on these items ?

Q1)
What is the Absolute Maximum Ratings for Pin16,17,19,20 (RXINn+/-) ?

Q2)
What is VIH and VIL for RXINn+/- pins ?

Q3)
What is the input requirement for RXINn+/- ?

Q4)
RXINn+/- are differential signal input, but why are these pins called SDI in the datasheet ?
Is this a typo or SDI for Serial Differential Input ?

Best Regards,
Kawai

  • 1) The absolute maximum rating for the RXIN0 and RXIN1 inputs is -0.3V to +3.6V.

    2) The RXIN0 and RXIN1 input voltage threshold (VIH, VIL) are essentially specified by the VID specification in the "SDI Input Electrical Characteristics" table in the datasheet.

    3) The RXIN0 and RXIN1 input requirements are specified in the "SDI Input Electrical Characteristics" table in the datasheet.

    4) RXIN0 and RXIN1 are intended to receive an SDI signal from an SDI equalizer (such as the LMH0344, LMH0384, or LMH0394).  The SDI equalizer output is a differential signal.
