on page 8 of the TUSB1310 Implementation Guideline document, under the PIPE Connection section it was mentioned the "critical TX & RX signals should be matched in length to within 250 mils". Does this applied to both TX & RX groups together? or matching to within 250 mils for TX group and RX group respectively?

Hello,

Match TX group and RX group respectively.

All the RX signals are synchronous to PCLK and all TX are synchronous to TX_CLK so each one has to be matched with its respectively clock.

thanks. in our current board, all the signals in Tx group do match up to a few mils of each other. In the Rx group, RX_VALID was routed a bit too short, while other signals in the Rx group matched. Will this cause an issue?

It should be fine since it indicates valid data.
