I'm desgining comunication RS422 using the SN75179, but i want to know about the righ form of conection of TPD2E007. I have option A and option B (see figure).

From my experience (which is in automotive applications) typically everything in the node is referenced to chassis ground. This is because a major benifit that transceivers like RS422, RS485 and CAN is they operate accross high common mode voltages (±7, ±7, and ±12 respectively). If you can gaurentee that the application you are using the application in will not see larger ground potential differences (GPDs) at the transceiver, you will be fine.
