Hello,

Are there any power up/down requirement between Vcca and Vccb for ISO7640FM, ISO7140FCC?

In the Function table in the datasheet, if Input VCC: PU and Output Vcc:PD, output state is undetermined.

So, should we power up Output Vcc at first ?

Hi Ryuji,

The output will be undetermined when the Output Vcc is in the Powered Down state, which is less than 2.1V. This will happen during both power up and power down, regardless of whether the input is powered or not.

There aren't any requirements for sequencing the power supplies, either order should be fine.
