We are using the DS30EA101SQE equaliser and the position of the 100R input termination resistor is as shown in the datasheet, before the input coupling capacitors. However, in our application it would be much better if the input termination resistor could be placed after the coupling capacitors, i.e. next to the device input pins.
a) Is there a problem with this configuration?
b) Will the DS30EA101 input bias voltages be altered significantly by doing this?
