I just got a TUSB8040A1 evaluation board and I have a question about power supply. I hope this forum is the right one for such a question.
On the board it is printed 5VDC 3A. I have a power adapter but it outputs 5V 4A. Would it work along with my board or do I need to get one that gives 3A power specific? Also, there is no PIN specification on the power outlet. Is always + on the center pin?
Would hate to break the board before I have started testing :)
