I am interested whether PCA9546A is working properly when power-supply is 1.8V ?

Oleg,

The PCA9546A will not function properly below 2.3V on the VCC pin. If you need 1.8V, i recommend taking a look at the TCA9548A, which can be supplied with as little as 1.65V.
