Our customer is checking their thermal design.
Could you please tell us the following information of LMH1983 ?

1) Recommended operation temperature range of  Tj.
     --> I understande Absolute Maximum Rating is 150 DegC.

2) Thermal Resistance Theta JC top (Junction to Case).

    Kawai-San,

    Maximum Thermal Junction to Ambient is 150 Deg C. Also, Theta JA is 33 Deg C/W.

    The device maximum current consumption is 212mA. At maximum supply, i.e 3.465 Vdd, the power consumption is about 735mW.

    Given Theta JA is 33 Deg C/W, it means for 735mW there will be a rise of about 25 Deg C between ambient and junction. The device is rated at -40 to +85 Deg C operation. At 85 Deg C, the junction temperature would be 85 + 25 = 110 Deg C. Therefore it means we have 40 Deg C margin with respect to the maximum Junction Temp(150 Deg C).
